1 pkg (30-oz) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups sour cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp saltRecipe
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to an ungreased 2-qt baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until heated through.
