3 medium sweet potatoes (2 pounds), peeled and quartered
1-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup butter, cubed
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Place sweet potatoes on rack in a 6-qt. pressure cooker; add water. Close cover securely; place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Bring cooker to full pressure over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook for 8 minutes. (Pressure regulator should maintain a slow steady rocking motion; adjust heat if needed.)
Remove from the heat; allow pressure to drop on it's own. Drain. transfer sweet potatoes to a food processor. Add the butter, honey, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and pepper; cover and process until smooth.
