    List of Ingredients




    3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 stick butter
    1 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup evaporated milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Topping
    1 stick butter
    1 cup self rising flour
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup coconut

    Recipe



    Blend filling ingredients well, pour into a baking dish. Mix topping ingredients, drop onto filling. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
