1 bone-in turkey breast (6 to 7 pounds)
1/2 cup honey mustard
3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Place the turkey breast in a shallow roasting pan. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon over turkey. Bake, uncovered, at 325� for 1-3/4 to 2-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 170�, basting every 30 minutes. Yield: 10-12 servings.
