Cream Cheese-Streusel Pound Cake

Streusel:
1 cup packed light-brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature, cut into pieces
Cake:
3-1/2 cups all-purpose baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 package (8-oz) cream cheese, at room temperature
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
confectioners' sugar (optional)Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan with removable bottom.
For streusel: In small bowl, stir together brown sugar, baking mix and cinnamon; cut in butter with a fork until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
For cake: In large bowl, combine baking mix, sugar, butter, cream cheese, eggs and vanilla. With mixer on low speed, beat about 1 minute or until blended, scraping down sides of bowl. On high speed, beat for 3 minutes.
Spread one third of the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with one third of the streusel. Repeat twice with remaining batter and streusel.
Bake for 70 to 80 minutes or until wooden skewer inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Remove pan to wire rack; let cake cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove side of pan. Let cake cool completely. Remove cake from bottom of pan and tube. If desired, dust with confectioners' sugar.
