    Whipping Cream Pound Cake

    This is a very yummy pound cake!

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup butter, softened
    3 cups sugar
    6 eggs
    1 tsp lemon extract
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup heavy whipping cream

    Recipe

    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the extracts. Add flour alternately with cream, beating just until combined. Pour into two greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans, or a 10-12 cup bundt/pound cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 80-85 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
