    1/2 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup mashed banana
    1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Grease 1 large loaf pan

    Cream butter, sugar, eggs & vanilla.

    Add dry ingredients, mix. Add bananas, nuts and sour cream, mix well.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
