1/2 cup Karo Light or Dark Corn Syrup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (15-19oz) kidney beans, rinse and drain
1 can (15-19oz) pinto beans, rinse and drain
1 can (16 oz) small pink or white beans, rinse and drain
1/2 cup ketchup
5 slices bacon
1/2 cup mustard
1 tbsp cider vinegarRecipe
Cook bacon until crisp. Remove onto paper towels. Reserve 1 tbsp drippings, add onion, cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in beans, ketchut, corn syrup, mustard and vinegar, mix well. Spoon into a 2 qt dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
