    Banana Pudding Pie

    Here's a recipe for Banana Creme Pie:
    1 (9") baked pie crust or nilla wafer lined pan
    1 T cornstarch
    1-2/3 c water
    1 can (14 oz) Eagle Sweetened Condensed milk
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 T Margarine or butter
    1 t vanilla
    3 medium bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice and drained
    Whipped cream for frosting


    Recipe



    In heavy saucepan, disolve cornstarch in water. Stir in sweetened cond milk and egg yolks. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

    Remove from heat. Add margarine and vanilla. Cool slightly. Arrange 2 bananas on botto of pastry shell. Pour cilling over bananas. Cover. Chill 4 hours or until set. Spread top with whipped cream. Garnish with remaining banana slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
