    Mom's Barbequed Flank Steak

    Recipe Introduction


    This is the easiest and most delicious Flank steak that I have ever had. Mom sure knows one thing or two about cooking (I say it that way because she also makes a recipe called "Slumgooey", which unfortunately keeps her from being a "Hall of Fame Cook"... I HOPE that you are reading this Mom ;>)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Flank Steak
    • 1 Jar Italian dressing


    Instructions


    1. Place the Flank steak into a large plastic food bag. Pour in the Italian dressing to cover. Gently turn the bag over to make sure the entire steak is covered, you may have to turn the bag over a few times while the steak is marinating. Marinate as long as you can but not over 8 hours. Place on the barbeque and grill to your liking. Slice into thin slices against the grain.


    Final Comments


    Mom serves this with her famous German Potato salad, corn on the cob, a huge garden salad with lots of different veggies and Ice cold iced tea with lemon. And Mom ALWAYS serves a great dessert.
    Maybe we WILL induct her into the Cooking Hall of Fame.
