Tiramisu Cake

- 1 box (18.25 oz.) French Vanilla cake mix
- 1 pint coffee ice cream, melted
- 3 eggs
- Frosting:
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tblsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tblsp coffee liqueur such as Kaluha
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350. Spray bundt pan w/ Pam. Dust with flour, shake out excess.
- With electric mixer, beat cake mix, melted ice cream and eggs in a bowl on low speed for 1 min. Beat 2 mins. on medium. Scrape into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wiire rack 20 mins. Invert onto rack to cool completely.
- FROSTING: in large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, butter and liqueur on med. speed until light and creamy, about 2 mins. On low speed, gradually beat in confectioners sugar about 1 to 2 mins. Place in refrigerator while cake cools.
- Place cake on stand; spread top & sides w/ frosting. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Dust top w/ cocoa powder.
