    Easy and delicious.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. beef for stir fry
    • 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
    • 1 - 8 oz. can pieces and stems mushrooms
    • 1 - 26 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup (family sized)
    • 1 - 16 oz. size sour cream
    • 1 - 12 oz. bag extra-wide egg noodles


    Instructions


    1. Cook noodles as directed on bag.
    2. Brown beef and garlic, add salt and pepper to season.
    3. Add in mushrooms and allow to simmer until most of th e mushroom juice has cooked off.
    4. Add soup, stir thoroughly.
    5. Add 1/2 sour cream, stir thoroughly.
    6. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
    7. Cover and continue to simmer another 10 minutes.
    8. Remove cover and simmer until stroganoff is at desired consistency.
    9. Add remainder of sour cream to cooked noodles. Combine sauce and noodles.
    10. Enjoy!
