Beef Stew

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs stew meat
- 2 onions (quartered, then cut quarters in half)
- 1 head fresh broccoli
- 2 celery sticks sliced
- 3 potatoes boiled
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 large can mixed vegetables
- 1 can baby carrots (bagged ok if you can't find canned)
- 2 large cans whole tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- salt
- pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
- Salt, pepper, and chili powder stew meat
- Put in pot with onion & bay leaves
- Add just enough water to cover
- Cook until tender, not too fast
- When meat is tender take out bay leaves
- Add boiled potatoes (drained)
- Add celery
- Add can of corn (drained)
- Add can of mixed vegetables (drained)
- Add can of carrots (drained)
- Add cans of tomatoes WITH JUICE
- Salt & pepper to taste
- At end add broccoli
