    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs stew meat
    • 2 onions (quartered, then cut quarters in half)
    • 1 head fresh broccoli
    • 2 celery sticks sliced
    • 3 potatoes boiled
    • 1 can whole kernel corn
    • 1 large can mixed vegetables
    • 1 can baby carrots (bagged ok if you can't find canned)
    • 2 large cans whole tomatoes
    • 2 bay leaves
    • salt
    • pepper
    • chili powder


    Instructions


    1. Salt, pepper, and chili powder stew meat
    2. Put in pot with onion & bay leaves
    3. Add just enough water to cover
    4. Cook until tender, not too fast
    5. When meat is tender take out bay leaves
    6. Add boiled potatoes (drained)
    7. Add celery
    8. Add can of corn (drained)
    9. Add can of mixed vegetables (drained)
    10. Add can of carrots (drained)
    11. Add cans of tomatoes WITH JUICE
    12. Salt & pepper to taste
    13. At end add broccoli
