    List of Ingredients


    • 1 8oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
    • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 c sugar
    • 2 Tbs lemon juice
    • 8 tsp peach preserves
    • Glaze
    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 1 to 2 tsp milk


    Instructions


    1. Separate dough into four rectangles, seal perforations.
    2. On lightly floured surface, roll each rectangle into 7 inch by 3 1/2 inch rectangle
    3. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth; spread over rectangles
    4. Roll up from long side, pinch edges to seal. Holding one end, loosely coil each.
    5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each coil with 2 tsp preserves
    6. Bake at 350 fro 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
    7. For glaze, combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and enough milk to achieve desired consistency.
    8. Drizzle over top of each baked coil while warm.
