List of Ingredients
- 1 8oz tube refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 8 tsp peach preserves
- Glaze
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 to 2 tsp milk
Instructions
- Separate dough into four rectangles, seal perforations.
- On lightly floured surface, roll each rectangle into 7 inch by 3 1/2 inch rectangle
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth; spread over rectangles
- Roll up from long side, pinch edges to seal. Holding one end, loosely coil each.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each coil with 2 tsp preserves
- Bake at 350 fro 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- For glaze, combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and enough milk to achieve desired consistency.
- Drizzle over top of each baked coil while warm.
