Butterscotch Cream Cheese Bars

List of Ingredients
- 11 ounce package Butterscotch chips
- 6 Tbs butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 2-8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degress. Melt butterscotch chips and butter together in heavy duty saucepan, on lowest possible heat setting, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in crumbs and walnuts.
- Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture for topping; press remaining mixture into ungreased 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake for 12 minutes and remove from oven.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beatin well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour and lemon juice.
- Pour over crust, sprinkle with reserved mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting into bars. Store in refrigerator.
