Bar-B-Q Chop

List of Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1 tsp tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp green pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- pinch of oregano
Instructions
- Brown pork chops well on both sides. Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
- Mix together remaining ingredients.
- Pour over chops and cook covered on low for 30 minutes.
- Serve with potatoes or rice.
