No Roll Cabbage Rolls

List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup regular rice
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 qts boiling water
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp oleo
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Cook rice with 1 1/2 cup water and 1/2 tsp salt for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.
- Add chopped cabbage to 2 qts boiling water, 2 Tbsp vinegar, 1 Tbsp salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain.
- Saute onion in oleo.
- Mix onion, rice, ground beef, seasoned salt and pepper.
- Mix spaghetti sauce and 1 cup water.
- In a 9x13 baking dish, spread cabbage on bottom. Spread 1/2 spaghetti sauce over this, then meat mixture.
- Top with cabbage and remaining sauce. Cover. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 30 minutes.
