List of Ingredients
- 4 qt. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 qt. onions, sliced
- 3 cup cauliflower
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup salt
- Syrup:
- 3 cup vinegar
- 5 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp turmeric
Instructions
- Simmer cauliflower 2 minutes with 2 Tbsp sugar added to water.
- Cool.
- Combine all ingredients. Cover with ice cubes. Mix well and let stand 3 hours. Drain.
- Pour syrup over the vegetables. Bring just to boil. Seal in hot jars. Chill before serving.
