Caesar's Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 medium garlic clove
- 2-3 anchovy filets
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- pinch monosodium glutamate
- juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
- 2-3 oz olive oil
- 1 raw egg
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 qt mixed romain and iceburg lettuce, chilled
- 1/3 cup seasoned garlic croutons
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Mix crushed garlic cloves, anchovy fillets, salt.
- Combine worcestershire sauce, monosodium glutamate, lemon juice, olive oil, egg and cheese.
- Add green to dressing and toss.
- Add croutons and pepper.
