Sauerkraut Salad

List of Ingredients
- 2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup thin strips green pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Instructions
- Cut sauerkraut in shorter pieces and stir in sugar.
- Let stand 1/2 hour.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and chill 12 hours.
