    List of Ingredients


    • 1 deer roast
    • 4 slices bacon to cook for grease
    • 1 medium onion
    • 1 1/2 cup water
    • 4 slices raw bacon
    • salt
    • pepper


    Instructions


    1. Place 4 slices bacon in roasting pan and fry to obtain fat.
    2. Place roast in pan. Add onion and water.
    3. Cover with raw bacon strips.
    4. Cover, cook on 350 until tender. (approx. 2hrs)
