Deer Roast

List of Ingredients
- 1 deer roast
- 4 slices bacon to cook for grease
- 1 medium onion
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 4 slices raw bacon
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Place 4 slices bacon in roasting pan and fry to obtain fat.
- Place roast in pan. Add onion and water.
- Cover with raw bacon strips.
- Cover, cook on 350 until tender. (approx. 2hrs)
