Having lived in several states, I have collected recipes from many people over the years. This one came from a friend in Colorado.
List of Ingredients
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 T. onion flakes
2 c. sour cream
2 T. parsley flakes
2 t. dill weed
pinch of salt
2 (3-oz) jars Armour dried beef
1 loaf domed shaped bread
Recipe
Cup up dried beef into very small pieces. Mix together with other ingredients in a medium bowl. Chill 1 hour. Cut off dome of bread and carve out inside. Break top and insides into medium size pieces and place around edge of loaf. Just before serving, scoop mixture into hollowed out bread. Use pieces of bread and top as scoops.
