I had this drink for the 1st time when I was going to NP school & living with Vanessa in Fresno. It may have been my demise.


List of Ingredients




1 1/2 oz Vodka
2 tsp superfine sugar
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
4 oz chilled Champagne
1 orange twist

Recipe



In a shaker half-filled with ice, combine vodka, sugar, & lemon juice. Shake well. Rim cocktail glass with superfine sugar and pour mixture into glass; top with champagne & garnish with orange slice. Don't take your Ford Probe for a drive in the foothills of Sanger after drinking!
