    Found this recipe in the Modesto Bee. My father-in-law loves lemon flavored deserts. This is so easy and so yummy...

    List of Ingredients




    1 graham-cracker pie crust
    3 eggs, whites & yolks separated
    juice of 3 lemons
    1 can of sweetened condensed milk

    Recipe



    Mix egg yolks, lemon juice and condensed milk. Pour into pie crust and top with meringue or whipped topping (after pie is cooked). Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool & then refrigerate for one hour.
