Debbie's Chocolate Eclair Dessert
List of Ingredients
1 box graham crackers
8 oz cool whip
1 large package instant pudding (vaniila)
1 stick margerine
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 t. vanilla
Recipe
Layer graham crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Prepare pudding according to directions, then fold in cool whip. Spread mixture over graham crackers, then add another layer graham crackers over this. In sauce pan melt the margerine then add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour over graham crackers and refridgerate until chilled.
