Tender Beef and noodles
List of Ingredients
1 boneless chuck roast (2-2 1/2 lb.) cut into 1 inch cubes
2 large onions, chopped
3 T. margerine
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 t. sugar
2 t. paprika
2 t. worchestershire sauce
1-2 t. salt
1 t. dill weed
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. garlic powder
8 oz. sour cream

Brown beef and onions in margerine and add next nine ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 1 3/4 -2 hours or until meat is tender. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
