BBQ chicken and rice
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 T. celery
1 T. margerine
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 T. vinegar
2 T. water
1 T. worchestershire sauce
2 t. mustard
1/2 t. salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
2-3 drops hot sauce
1 1/2 cups rice
2 1/2 cups chicken broth

Simmer onions, celery, and garlic in margerine then add next nine ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Mix rice and broth in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan and lay chicken breasts on top. Pour sauce over and cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
