    Potato-tomato Scallop

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 T. margerine
    2 T. flour
    1 t. paprika
    1/2 t. salt
    1/8 t. pepper
    1 cup water
    8 oz. tomatos
    2 chicken boullion cubes
    5 cups potatos, peeled and sliced thin

    Recipe



    Cook onion in margerine then blend in flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add water tomatos and boullion and cook until thickens and bubbles. Layer potatos in greased casserole dish and pour sauce over. Cover and bake at 400 for 1-1 1/4 hours.
