Instructions



1. stretch bacon
   
2. put a slice up middle of sausage
   
3. chop an onion and add to the breadcrumbs.
   
4. add a pinch of salt and as much pepper as you like.
   add parsley to give it flavour.
   
5. beat an egg and add to breadcrumbs to moisten.
   
6. put the stuffing in the slices you made in the sausages.
   
7. wrap a slice of bacon around each sausage.
   
8. put in oven on a moderate heat.
