List of Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup stock
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon catchup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups cold cooked meat in slices
Instructions
- Melt butter in pan. Stir in flour. Blend well. Add stock and seasonings.
- Bring pan to boil. Add meat and cook slowly until heated through.
- Serve hot. Serves 6.
