    Exactly what it says. A way to do leftovers


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 1 cup stock
    • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon catchup
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 2 cups cold cooked meat in slices


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in pan. Stir in flour. Blend well. Add stock and seasonings.
    2. Bring pan to boil. Add meat and cook slowly until heated through.
    3. Serve hot. Serves 6.
