List of Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of paprika
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 6 slices buttered toast
Instructions
- Saute pimiento and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add the tomato juice and the cheese, salt, paparika and cook five minutes longer or until cheese is melted
- Stir in small amounts of the egg.
- Return to hot and cook 2 minutes more.
- Serve on hot toast.
- Serves 6
