    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
    • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 cup tomato juice
    • 1 cup grated cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • dash of paprika
    • 1 egg, well beaten
    • 6 slices buttered toast


    Instructions


    1. Saute pimiento and onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add the tomato juice and the cheese, salt, paparika and cook five minutes longer or until cheese is melted
    2. Stir in small amounts of the egg.
    3. Return to hot and cook 2 minutes more.
    4. Serve on hot toast.
    5. Serves 6
