- 1- 20 oz. pkg. vegetables
- 1/2lb. Velveeta type cheese (cubed)
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 1 stack Ritz type crackers (crushed)
Instructions
- Cook and drain vegetables.
- Add cheese. Stir gently.
- Pour mixture into a 2 quart casserole pan.
- Mix margarine and crackers together. Put on top of veggie mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
