    1 c Sour Cream
    1/2 c Mayonnaise
    1 Onion, Chopped
    1 tb Vinegar
    1 tb Prepared Mustard
    2 ts Salt
    1 ts Sugar
    1/8 ts Ground Black Pepper
    2 lb Small White Potatoes
    1 Small Cucumber
    (Peeled and Chopped)
    8 Radishes (Sliced)
    2 Carrots (Grated)
    2 Eggs (Hard Boiled; Sliced)
    1 Tomato (Sliced)
    Fresh parsley (Chopped)

    Recipe



    Combine the Sour cream, mayo, Onion, Vinegar, mustard, Salt, sugar and
    Pepper; Let stand for 10-15 Minutes.
    Cook unpeeled Potatoes in Boiling water until tender (about 20 mins)
    Then Peel and cut into thin slices.
    Combine the potatoes and Cucumber with the radishes and Carrots in a
    large Bowl; Add the Sour cream Mixture; Toss lightly garnish with
    eggs, tomatoe and Parsley. Salad may be served hot or Cold.
