Bubba's Moose Droppings
1 - 12 ounce beer
3 cups ketchup
2 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 lb. ground meat (use your imagination)
1 cup bread or cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 tsp. onion flakes
salt & pepper

Mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs, onion flakes, salt & pepper. Roll up walnut size
meatballs and broil, turning once to brown. Meanwhile in a crock pot, heat up
the sauce of beer, ketchup, onion salt & worcestershire sauce and salt and
pepper. Add the meatballs and cook on a slow heat 3 to 4 hours. I add fresh
garlic. Serve with a toothpick for a appetizer, or as a dinner over noodles
or mashed potatoes.
