    Chocolate Creme Pie

    CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE

    1/4 smooth peanut butter
    1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon honey
    2 1/4 ounces toasted rice cereal (Rice Krispies)
    1 envelope (four 1/2-cup servings) chocolate pudding mix
    2 cups low-fat (1 %) milk
    1/4 cup Cool Whip Light

    1. In medium bowl, combine peanut butter and honey; stir in rice cereal, coating cereal evenly with peanut butter.
    2. Spray 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. With back of spoon, press cereal mixture into bottom and up sides of pie plate. Freeze, uncovered, 1/2 hour.
    3. Prepare chocolate pudding with milk, following package directions. Pour into crust; refrigerate, uncovered, 1 hour.
    4. With pastry bag fitted with star tip, decoratively pipe whipped topping or place small dollops on pie.

    Ingredients

    4 Tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter
    1 Tbsp honey
    1 1/2 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies
    1 3/4 cup fat-free skim milk
    4 serving fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix

    Instructions

    1. Put chunky reduced-fat peanut butter and honey in microwave bowl, heat 20 seconds. Stir.
    2. Add rice krispies and stir.
    3. Press into a 9 inch pie plate to use as the crust. Cool.
    4. Mix skim milk and pudding mix. Pour over cooled

    Use a dollop of cool whip on top if you like.
