    Tortilla Dessert

You could toss sliced strawberries with a little cinnamon and sugar (or Splenda) and make a quesadilla.

Spoon some of the mixture onto half a tortilla and spread it out thinly. Fold the tortilla in half and press to seal. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake 5 minutes on each side. Serve with your whipped topping, yum!

Add two teaspoons of chocolate chips in each one and you'd have a "chocolate-covered strawberry" quesadilla for probably only a half a point more - how decadent!

**You could srpinkle a little cinnamon sugar or splenda on them and bake them til crispy - then top with the fruit and whip cream

**I like to cook mine on both sides with PAM butter and then put cinnamon and sugar on it. Maybe put some strawberries and whipped cream on top or even roll them up like a burrito.
