Ingredients
1 pound 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef
1 medium onion(s)
2 clove garlic clove(s)
4 cup fat-free beef broth
2 cup canned diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cup Taco Bell Home Originals Picante Sauce, Mild
4 oz uncooked pasta
1 medium green pepper(s)
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup fat-free sour cream
Instructions
Brown ground beef w/onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and put all in crockpot and cook for 2-3 hours on high, or can cook on low all day.
