    Goes good with fresh strawberries.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 tea. cornstarch
    • 1/4 cup champagne
    • 2 tab olive oil
    • 1/2 tsp ried oregano
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/8 tsp pepper


    Instructions


    1. Combine water and cornstarch in a small saucepan, stirring with a whisk until cornstarch dissolves.
    2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    3. Remove from heat; cool.
    4. Stir in champagne and remaining ingredients.
    5. Cover and chill.


    Final Comments


    Yield: 14 tablespoons ( serving size, 1 tablespoon )
