Add a little Greek to that salad. It's an exciting taste treat.





List of Ingredients



• 6 tab olive oil
  
• 2 tab fresh lemon juice
  
• 2 tab feta cheese, crumbled
  
• 1 tab fresh oregano, finely chopped
  
• 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
  
• Salt to taste
  






Instructions



1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, feta cheese, oregano, garlic and salt and pepper.
   
2. Whisk to blend.
   






Final Comments


Top your salad with greek olives, thin sliced onions and crumbled cheese, olive size tomatoes. Makes about 2/3 cups of dressing.
