Honey Baked Swordfish

I like to cook Salmon this way but tried it on Swordfish and it turned out good. This is good served with Oven Baked Vegetables and a salad.


List of Ingredients




Swordfish steak (one for each person)
Durkees Grill Seasoning
Soy Sauce
Honey
Dry white wine (Chablis) Do not use cooking wine
Non stick spray

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350º
Spray baking dish with non stick spray and place fish in single layer. Drizzle with soy sauce, sprinkle with grill seasoning and drizzle with honey. Pour wine around fish. Do not pour over the fish; use only a small amount to cover the bottom of the dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easliy. If sauce remains in pan, pour over top of fish when served.
