    • 1 SMALL BUNCH GREEN ONIONS - CHOPPED
    • 1/2 CUP PARSLEY - CHOPPED
    • 2 TBLS FLOUR
    • 1 PINT BREAKFAST CREAM
    • 1 LB WHITE CRABMEAT
    • SALT TO TASTE
    • RED PEPPER TO TASTE
    • 1 TBLS SHERRY WINE
    • 1/2 LB SWISS CHEESE - GRATED


    Instructions


    1. MELT BUTTER IN HEAVY POT AND SAUTE ONIONS AND PARSLEY.
    2. BLEND IN FLOUR, CREAM AND CHEESE UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED
    3. ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS AND GENTLY FOLD IN CRABMEAT.


    Final Comments


    THIS MAY BE SERVED IN A CHAFING DISH WITH MELBA TOAST OR IN PATTY SHELLS.
