    • BUTTER
    • 1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS
    • 1 WHITE ONION
    • 1/2 BELL PEPPER
    • 4 TOES GARLIC
    • 2 CELERY STALKS
    • PARSLEY
    • 1 TSP SEASONING SALT
    • 1 TSP EACH SALT & POULTRY SEASONING
    • 1-2 LB SHRIMP/CRAWFISH (CHOPPED)
    • CHICKEN BROTH
    • BREAD CRUMBS


    Instructions


    1. CHOP ALL FRESH SEASONING (FINE). SAUTE IN BUTTER UNTIL TRANSPARENT.
    2. ADD SHRIMP/CRAWFISH. SIMMER FOR A FEW MINUTES
    3. ADD BREAD CRUMBS, SEASONING SALE AND POULTRY SEASONING. ADD CHICKEN BROTH TO MOISTEN. YOU HAVE TO JUDGE ON THE BREADCRUMBS AND CHICKEN BROTH. YOU WANT THE MIXTURE TO BE MOIST, NOT WET
    4. BAKE AT 325 FOR ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES
