- 6 SLICES BACON - CUT IN SMALL PIECES
- 3 TBLS VINEGAR
- 1/4 TPS SALT
- DASH OF PEPPER
- 1 TPS SUGAR
- 3 HARD BOILED EGGS - SLICED
- 3 GREEN ONIONS - CHOPPED
- SALAD GREENS
Instructions
- COOK BROCCOLI, DRAIN AND CHILL
- FRY BACON UNTIL CRISP. PLACE ON PAPER TOWELS
- USING BACON DRIPPINGS, STIR IN VINEGAR, SALT, PEPPER AND SUGAR AND HEAT GENTLY.
- ARRANGE CHILLED BROCCOLI ON SALAD GREENS
- PLACE EGG SLICES AROUND BROCCOLI
- SPRINKLE BACON AND GREN ONION ON TOP.
- POUR ON HOT DRESSING.
