- 5 LBS RED OR WHITE POTATOES
- 1 DOZ BOILED EGGS (GRATED)
- 5-6 STALKS CELERY (GRATED)
- 1/2 ONION (GRATED)
- 2 TSPS EACH DILL RELISH AND SWEET RELISH
- MAYONNAISE (BLUE PLATE)
- YELLOW MUSTARD
- SALT & LOTS OF BLACK PEPPER
- DASH OF WINE VINEGAR
Instructions
- COOK POTATOES IN LARGE POT UNTIL VERY TENDER. YOU WANT THE POTATOES ALMOST FALLING APART.
- BOIL EGGS IN SEPARATE POT
- WHILE POTATOES ARE STILL HOT, TAKE OFF THE SKIN. DROP ONE AT A TIME INTO MIXING BOWL AND CHOP WITH KNIFE. THEY SHOULD FALL APART. NO LARGE CHUNKS
- GRATE EGGS INTO POTATO MIXTURE
- GRATE CELERY & ONION INTO MIXTURE
- ADD PICKLE RELISHES (DILL AND SWEET)
- AND SALT & PEPPER
- ADD ENOUGH MAYONNAISE TO MOISTEN THE ENTIRE MIXTURE. ADD A COUPLE OF SQUIRTS OF YELLOW MUSTARD. MIX
- ADD A LITTLE WINE VINEGAR
- DO THE TASTE TEST. SHOULD BE GOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!
