Recipe Introduction

Harvey Wallbangers were very popular in the '70sMy coworker Thelma introduced me to this recipe.

List of Ingredients

Harvey Wallbanger Cake
1 Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake Mix
1 large Instant Vanilla Pudding
¼ c. oil
4 eggs
¾ c. orange juice
¼ c. vodka (or to taste…)
¼ c. Galliano (or to taste…)


Drizzle:
1 c. powdered sugar
½ tsp. vodka
½ tsp. orange juice
½ tsp. Galliano






Recipe

Cake:
Mix all cakeingredients together. Pour into well-greased and floured 10" bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.

Glaze:
Blend Glaze ingredients together until smooth. Drizzle over cake when cake has completely cooled. Feel free to increase the amount of Liquid ingredients in the glaze if you wish to get the consistency you like.
