Baked Garlic

When baked, garlic becomes very sweet and spreads like butter. It’s a great spread on chicken or lamb. It’s also delicious with grilled vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, or mushrooms, and absolutely decadent as a dip for your favorite cheese, especially Stilton or Brie. The day after you eat this, your breath will smell so pungent that people entering a room will know instantly if you’ve been in it.
List of Ingredients
1 head of garlic per serving
Olive oil
Fresh or dried thyme
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the tops off the garlic heads, exposing the cluster of cloves. Brush with a touch of olive oil and sprinkle with thyme. Place in shallow baking pan and bake 45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
