List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked angel hair ( about 5 oz uncooked pasta) skip this if making LC version
- 3/4 cup chopped plum tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped pitted kalamata olives
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoons of dried Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of Oregano
- 3/4 pound cooked medium shrimp , peeled and deveined
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped parsely
Instructions
- Combine the first 13 ingredients in a large bowl. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
