    Fat-Free Yogurt Dresings

    CARBOS AND VEGGIES; LEVEL ONE

    MAKES ENOUGH FOR ABOUT 4 SALADS


    These tangy, light, delicious dressings have no fat, which makes them perfect salad toppers for Carbos ssingsand Veggies meals.

    List of Ingredients




    ROASTED RED PEPPERS
    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1 Roasted Red Peppers
    1 garlic clove
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper

    PIQUANT
    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    2 tablespoons salsa

    LEMON-MINT

    1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    Juice from 1/2 lemon
    12 fresh mint leaves
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe





    Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasonings to taste
