    MONKEY BUTT BREAD

    This an original recipe by "PAULY THE CLOWN".

    (EAT MY MONKEY BUTT)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound- ground intialian sausage.
    • 1 loaf- frozen bread dough, thawed.
    • 1- egg, beaten.
    • 8 ounces- parmesan or cheddar cheese , shredded.
    • Garlic powder to taste
    • Pepper to taste.


    Instructions


    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Fry the sausage meat (chopped small) until well browned. Drain.
    3. Spray or grease a cookie sheet and a loaf pan.
    4. Shape your dough into a rectangle on the cookie sheet. Brush with half of the beaten egg.
    5. Spread the cooked sausage meat on top of the dough to within about an inch of the sides.
    6. Sprinkle the top with the cheese of your choice. Then sprinkle garlic powder over top.
    7. Roll the dough into a loaf, tucking in the ends.
    8. Place in loaf pan and brush top with the remaining egg. Then sprinkle some more garlic powder and pepper on top.
    9. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. When done let it stand for 15 minutes before cutting into slices.


    Final Comments


    Slices can be reheated in microwave.
