Cook rice mix according to package directions. Transfer to a greased 2-qt baking dish. Top with chicken and ham. In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, Colby Cheese, and pepper; pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Line bottom of a 9 x 12 glass baking dish with the hash browns. Brown sausage and onions with whatever spices you want or like. Sprinkle over the hash browns. Mix the eggs, soup, salt, and milk together. Pour mixture over hash browns and sausage. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 min. – 1 hr. If the cheese starts to brown too fast, cover with foil.
